Refurbished Roche cobas c111 Chemistry Analyzer Roche's smallest chemistry analyzer, rebuilt Down-To-Frame® to original specification. It runs over 40 tests on a benchtop footprint, and you save up to 70% compared with buying new. The Roche cobas c111 runs up to 85 photometric tests an hour on 0.3 m² of bench space, using the same reagent chemistry as Roche's larger cobas analyzers. Buy it refurbished from Diamond and save a lot of budget to put toward other priorities. Save up to 70% compared with a new cobas c111, and keep the capital cost of in-house chemistry low. Run metabolic, lipid, liver, renal and cardiac tests, plus whole-blood HbA1c, on one benchtop analyzer. Get first results in 5 to 10 minutes, so STAT samples don't wait on a courier to a reference lab. Finance with $0 down and a low introductory payment, with shipping rolled into the payments. Every unit is rebuilt Down-To-Frame® by an FDA-registered, ISO 13485:2016 certified refurbisher, then validated with multi-level QC. Our engineers install it, verify your assays and service it afterward. Need sodium, potassium and chloride too? See the cobas c111 with ISE. REQUEST A QUOTE Refurbished Roche cobas c111 Chemistry Analyzer installed in a laboratory by a Diamond field engineer How the Roche cobas c111 fits Roche chemistry onto a benchtop The cobas c111 is a continuous random-access analyzer. Eeach sample gets only the tests ordered for it, and you load new samples while it runs. Roche positions it as the main analyzer for small labs and clinics, a STAT analyzer for emergency departments and a backup for larger cobas systems. Sample handling 8 sample positions with continuous loading. You load and unload tubes as results come off, without stopping the analyzer. Primary tubes, sample cups and micro cups all fit without configuring the rack. STAT priority. A STAT sample goes into the next pipetting cycle, and photometric results start coming back in 5 to 10 minutes. Small sample volumes. Micro cups need as little as 50 µL, which helps with pediatric draws and short samples. On-board dilution. Samples and calibrators dilute 1.2 to 100 times without a tech preparing them by hand. Exchangeable reagent disks About 13 tests per disk. Each disk holds up to 27 reagent bottles. Up to 8 disks per analyzer. You can set up separate disks for routine chemistry, lipids, diabetes or cardiac panels, keep the ones you aren't using in the fridge, and swap in the disk the day's work calls for. That gives you more than 40 tests from one benchtop analyzer. Small bottles for low volume. Barcoded bottles hold 50 to 100 tests each, so tests you run a few times a week don't expire on the analyzer. Water and waste The c111 uses up to 3 L of Type II water a day, from its own water and waste containers. It needs no DI water loop and no drain, so it can sit in an ED, clinic or satellite lab without plumbing work. Disposable micro-cuvettes, up to 60 loaded at a time, are why the water use stays so low. Results that match larger cobas analyzers The c111 uses the same reagent formulations as cobas c packs, plus the same calibrators and controls as Roche's other cobas chemistry analyzers. Roche's method comparisons show c111 results lining up with the cobas c501 and c503. If your network runs larger cobas systems, a c111 at a clinic or as a backup reports results your clinicians can compare directly. Open development channels let you add user-defined applications. The cobas c111 test menu There are more than 40 available tests for the cobas c111, covering the panels a small lab or clinic orders most. PanelTests on the c111 menu MetabolicGlucose, calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate (CO2), total protein, lactate RenalCreatinine (enzymatic and Jaffé), urea/BUN, uric acid, albumin (BCG and immunologic) LiverALT, AST, alkaline phosphatase, GGT, LDH, total and direct bilirubin, ammonia Lipids and cardiacCholesterol, HDL, direct LDL, triglycerides, CK, CK-MB, hs-CRP DiabetesHbA1c from whole blood or hemolysate PancreasTotal amylase, pancreatic amylase, lipase Inflammation and coagulationCRP, D-dimer Anemia and boneIron, phosphorus Sodium, potassium and chloride need the ISE unit, which comes on the cobas c111 with ISE. Send your menu with your quote request and we'll confirm what runs on the unit you're buying. Planning your site for a cobas c111 The cobas c111 is a benchtop analyzer about 59 cm (23 in) wide, 55 cm (22 in) deep and 48 cm (19 in) tall, weighing 32 kg (71 lb). Most labs can place it without construction. Bench space. It takes about 0.3 m² of counter. Leave room at the side for the water and waste containers and access for loading reagent disks. Water. Up to 3 L a day of Type II water (conductivity under 1 µS/cm at 25 °C), poured into the analyzer's own container. No DI loop or plumbing needed. Waste. Liquid waste collects in an onboard container you empty, so no floor drain is needed. Power. A standard outlet: 100 to 125 V or 200 to 240 V at 50 or 60 Hz, drawing 250 VA. Connectivity. Two bidirectional RS-232 ports (ASTM protocol) for your LIS and an external barcode scanner, plus USB for data backup. Dimensions (W x D x H)59 x 55 x 48 cm (23.2 x 21.7 x 18.9 in) Weight32 kg (71 lb) Power100 to 125 V or 200 to 240 V AC, 50 or 60 Hz, 250 VA WaterUp to 3 L/day, Type II (under 1 µS/cm at 25 °C), from an onboard container WasteOnboard waste container; no drain needed Interfaces2 x RS-232 bidirectional (ASTM) for LIS and barcode scanner; USB Who gets the most value from a refurbished Roche cobas c111? Physician offices and multi-specialty clinics. In-house lipid panels, liver enzymes and HbA1c mean patients get results at the visit, or the same day, instead of after a send-out. Diabetes and endocrinology practices. Whole-blood HbA1c runs with no manual pretreatment, alongside glucose, lipids and kidney function. Emergency departments and ICUs. A c111 near the patient handles STAT chemistry in 5 to 10 minutes without sending every tube to the core lab. Satellite labs in a Roche network. Same reagents, calibrators and controls as the core lab's cobas analyzers, so results match across sites. Core labs needing a backup. A c111 keeps critical chemistry running during maintenance or downtime on a larger cobas system, without giving up much bench space. Research and international labs. No plumbing and a standard outlet make it simple to place where infrastructure is limited. Cobas c111 price and what goes into a refurbished quote You pay up to 70% less for a refurbished cobas c111 from us than for a new one. We don’t post a list price, because the right number depends on the unit and what your lab needs with it: Build and software. The analyzer's year of manufacture and installed software version. ISE or no ISE. This page covers the c111 without the ISE unit. The c111 with ISE costs more and adds electrolytes. Reagent disks and accessories. Extra reagent disks, a barcode scanner and starter consumables. Setup at your site. Installation, assay verification and training. Service coverage. The plan you choose, from Platinum to per-visit. Trade-in credit. What your current analyzer is worth to us. Financing for a small-lab budget Start at $0 down with a low introductory payment. Get approved on an application alone for amounts up to $400,000. Get a fast credit decision and terms built around your budget. Fold shipping and other costs into the same payments. Send your daily test count and menu, and we'll quote the c111 setup that fits. REQUEST A QUOTE cobas c111, c111 with ISE or cobas c311? Choose the cobas c111 if your electrolytes already run on a blood gas or electrolyte analyzer and you want Roche chemistry on a benchtop with no plumbing. Choose the cobas c111 with ISE if you want sodium, potassium and chloride on the same analyzer. The ISE runs up to 180 tests an hour on electrolytes, so a basic metabolic panel finishes on one instrument. Choose the cobas c311 if your volume is outgrowing a benchtop. It runs up to 300 photometric tests an hour with 45 tests on board and a 110-position sample disk, but it's a floor model that needs a DI water supply and a drain. Why buy your refurbished cobas c111 from Diamond Diamond technician rebuilding an analyzer down to the frame beside finished refurbished analyzers Rebuilt to the frame and then validated A used c111 bought online through a broker or direct from the closing lab arrives with whatever lamp hours, probe wear and error history its last lab left behind, and nobody has checked its results against controls. A Diamond c111 is taken apart to the frame, rebuilt with new probes, syringes, seals and tubing, calibrated, and validated with multi-level QC before it's packed. Diamond is FDA registered and ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified in the US and the EU. Set up and supported after delivery Our engineers install the c111, verify your assays and train your staff. Every unit is eligible for our service plans, from Platinum with next-day response to per-visit support. Benchtop units also qualify for depot repair at our Holliston, MA facility, shipped by your local carrier. Trade in what you're replacing Diamond takes your old analyzer in trade, handles the deinstall and decontamination, and credits its value toward your c111.
